When Jak arrives at the castle Max is waiting there for him.

“Where did Zach go?” Jak asks.

“The abandoned lab,” Max replies.

“Well, we have enough evidence for a raid.”

“By the way, how is Alek?”

“Dead.”

“What happened.”

“He charged at me”

“Oh, well let's go raid the lab.”

An hour later, Jak and Max were ready to raid the lab, accompanied by 20 Members of the guard. There was a sealed door at the entrance to the lab.

“Breach & Enter!” a member of the guard yells.

KABOOM!

Shrapnel flies everywhere.

Behind the door was a long stairwell and at the bottom of it was Zach, he instantly sprints out of sight.

Halfway down the stairs, everyone could hear glass shattering.

At the bottom, Jak and Max took a second to look around, the were glass tubes scattered around the sides and middle of the complex.

The first tube that Jak noticed had Marcus Galin inscribed on it, inside there was an anthropomorphic wolf, angrily beating on the glass tube that held it.

The first tube Max noticed had Alyssa Duskblade inscribed on it, it contained Alyssa, she was alive and healed.

The next thing they both know the tube inscribed Marcus Galin had been broken open and the anthropomorphic wolf was out ripping members of the guard limb by limb.

Zach tried to sneak past Max, but she quickly noticed and cuffed Zach.

When Max turned around she saw the anthropomorphic wolf right in front of her, instinctively she pulled Zach in front of her as the anthropomorphic wolf throws a punch, it hits Zach straight in the chest, his heart launches out the back of his body and into Max.

Max quickly drops Zach's limp corpse and rolls out of the way of a second punch, but next thing she knows the anthropomorphic wolf has her pinned to the ground.

Jak quickly runs up and puts a sword to the anthropomorphic wolf' throat.

Suddenly, Max flips the wolf and punches it in the throat, the wolf produces a cry so loud and deep that it causes Max to stumble.

Glass shatters, footsteps come running to Max and Jak; Ali Rose, who know looks more like a brunette version of Max, and an anthropomorphic leopard overtakes them.

The cheetah and Ali begin to hold down the wolf, they are met with much resistance from the wolf.

“How are you two?” asks the white leopard.

“Uhm...” Max mumbles.

“Oh yea, probably don't recognise me, I'm Rebecca!” the white leopard elaborates.

“Oh, Hi...”

The wolf soon stops struggling and begins to cooperate.

A member of the guard walks out from behind a wall severely injured.

Jak walks up to help the person.

Jak instructs,“Max, free the rest of th-”

Rebecca interrupts,”Don't, they are all like Galin, Made into weapons, the only one left is Alyssa.”

“Then you can calm them, like you did Galin,” Max intervenes.

Rebecca replies,”We can Galin only calmed down because we learned how to calm him over about 20 breakouts.”

“20 breakouts in one day?” Jak asks

“Yep, Galin was given, should I say, steroids on steroids, So he is Abnormally strong, oh and by the way, he had all his memory wiped,” Ali answers.

“In that case, I will free Alyssa alone,” Max states

Rebecca quickly warns, “Word of warning, Max. Alyssa has been turned into a vampire, and has been starved of blood.”

“Alright, I'll watch myself,” Max replies.

Max approaches the tube labelled Alyssa Duskblade, She quickly proceeds to shatter it with the butt of her pistol.

Glass falls all over the floor.

Alyssa looks up, her eyes blood red, Max sticks out her hand to help Alyssa up, Alyssa grabs it and gets up, then Alyssa quickly hugs Max.

“I missed you,” Alyssa croaks out.

”Sorry to interrupt, but can we get out of here?” Jak asks as he binds Galin.

“Sure,” Ali replies as she walks out.

They all exit, including the wounded soldier, and head to the castle.
